This Certified Agile Leadership (CAL 2) program continues your leadership journey with:

  • The Sahota LEO2/CAL 2 Playbook with step by step for how to assess and create alignment.
  • Rapid evolution tools to accelerate your leadership journey.
  • Emotional Science to overcome emotional hijacking and triggered responses.
  • Detailed practice with crucial conversations to deal with challenged individuals.
  • Clearing of leadership blocks when working with authority.
  • Certified Agile Leader (CAL 2) certification from the Scrum Alliance.

Course Information:

Full Duration: approx. 6-8 months. (3 day training followed by ~6 months of group calls).
  • LIVE In-person
    The Leading Evolutionary Organisations Masterclass (LEO2) Certified Agile Leader CAL2 Program is kicked off with a 3 day LIVE in-person training to learn the next layer of the SELF Framework.
  • (over 6 months)
    You will meet in small peer groups over 6 months to support each other in learning. You will present your work and provide peer review feedback to each other.
  • Monthly Integration Calls
    Live coaching and mentoring with Michael. Monthly integration calls provide ongoing learning and guidance for successful application of the SELF Framework.
  • Half-day Online
    A half-day online meeting to review and integrate learning at the end of 6-8 months. Each participant will present their understanding and application of the LEO2/CAL2 content for review and certification.

Michael K Sahota is a Speaker, Trainer, & Consultant on Evolutionary Leadership. Michael is the co-creator of the SHIFT314 Evolutionary Leadership Framework™ (SELF) that provides practical step-by-step for the inner and outer shifts needed to unlock Business Agility, Teal and other new ways of working. Michael has trained thousands of leaders worldwide through his highly accoladed Certified Agile Leadership Training.

Since 2001, Michael has been guiding success with Agile. As a thought leader, in 2012, he published the ground-breaking book "An Agile Adoption and Transformation Survival Guide: Working with Organizational Culture". “Attending CAL1 took my Agile Coaching to the next level by helping me to be better at leading myself, better at sensing the different contexts within which I'm working and better at getting past resistance by not pushing my own agenda so there's nothing to resist. I found the, "Playbook for High Performance," instrumental in supporting an area of our business that was resisting everything about becoming more agile because they thought they were already super agile. By understanding that there was no invitation to work on culture or leaders first and by removing my own push for an agile label I was able to provide tactical support rather than coaching.
