Alex Sloley
Alex published "The Agile Community" in 2022 and is a regular speaker at global agile events. Specializing in consultancy, training, coaching, and transformation.
Within the agile world, Alex is the Scrum Alliance Shepherd for the Global Agile Coaching Retreat Advisor Team, and an alumnus of both the Scrum Alliance Coaching Advisory Team and the Agile Alliance Reimagining Agile Team. He also co-chairs the Agile Coaching Ethics Initiative. In short, he’s a trusted leader in the agile coaching space.
Alex spent 15 years at Microsoft as a Scrum Master, Scrum of Scrums Master, and Product Owner, contributing to over ten product launches and leading a major enterprise Scrum rollout. He also collaborated with Microsoft Research on high-profile initiatives.
He holds certifications as a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach, ICAgile Expert and Instructor, and Kanban University Accredited Consultant.
